Role Description

In this role, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across all levels of activity from student-athletes to active adults. You'll design and implement individualized, performance-based rehabilitation programs that go beyond recovery to optimize movement, strength, and resilience.

You'll work in close partnership with physicians, athletic trainers, and local high school sports medicine teams to ensure seamless coordination of care from the field to the clinic. Our integrated approach emphasizes education, prevention, and community engagement, providing athletes and families with access to the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in evaluating and diagnosing patients with musculoskeletal disorders
  • Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic exercises
  • Ability to work collaboratively with medical doctors and athletic trainers
  • Strong understanding of orthopedic injuries and sports medicine principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Master's or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience in outpatient sports medicine is preferred
